The enquiry form

The form prepares an email in your browser. The website application does not submit the form to a server or save the enquiry in a database. Its contents are held while the page is open and may also be handled by browser features such as autofill.

Choosing “Open email to send” passes the prepared text to your email application. You decide whether to send the message. Your email provider then handles it under its own terms. Choosing “Copy enquiry” copies the text to your device clipboard.

Please provide only information needed to discuss the property. Do not include sensitive personal details about occupants or information you are not entitled to share.

Enquiry correspondence

If you send an enquiry, its purpose is to allow the consultancy to assess your request and respond about a potential instruction. Information may be needed to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Relevant business records may also be needed for legitimate business administration or legal obligations.

The appropriate retention period depends on whether the enquiry leads to an appointment and whether information remains necessary for legal or insurance purposes. You can ask about the handling of your particular correspondence using the contact above. The terms for an accepted instruction should address the records relating to that service.
